1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ra77 ("ra77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ra77 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://ra77.biz ("Platform"). ra77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) ra77 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and, if discovered, will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number;
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your password with any third party;
• Notify ra77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity occurring under your account credentials.

ra77 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without providing a reason therefor.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the ra77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ra77 wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within 5–30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• ra77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by ra77 for anti-money laundering compliance reasons.
• ra77 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly those exceeding ₱50,000.

Any funds deposited on the Platform are held solely for gaming purposes. ra77 does not pay interest on account balances. ra77 is not a bank and your account balance is not a bank deposit.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ra77 may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, or other promotional incentives ("Bonuses"). The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses:

• Each Bonus offer is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes while wagering requirements are active.
• ra77's standard wagering requirement multiplier for deposit bonuses is between 20x and 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• ra77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time and to void Bonus winnings if there is reasonable cause to believe the Bonus was claimed in bad faith or through technical exploitation.
• In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets;

• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or bugs for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts or to ra77's back-end systems;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward ra77's support staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ra77 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of ra77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ra77.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ra77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service;
• ra77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• ra77's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arises;
• ra77 is not liable for losses arising from network outages, payment processor delays, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

11. Privacy

ra77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. ra77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ra77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
